Cancellations
Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us via phone or email at support@www.agnigems.com to request the cancellation.
Returns
Peace of Mind Guarantee: We offer a 7-day Peace of Mind Guarantee on all purchases. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unworn and in brand new condition.
- Return the item with its original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty, and any other accessories.
- Gemstones must be returned in their original sealed condition.
- Products that are scratched, used, or do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive the return order, it will take 3-5 business days for a
refund to appear on your statement. If 3-5 business days have passed
and you still don't see a refund,

Damaged or Incorrect Goods
- Notification: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours. If the notification is received after this period, we may not be able to process a refund or store credit, but we will assist with repairs under the product warranty.
- Contact: For damaged goods, please contact our customer support at +919995705555. We will arrange for the return of the product and manage the shipping back to us.
Special Considerations
Custom Products: Products made from gemstones, silver, or gold are subject to special return policies. If you open the box and decide you do not like the product, you may return it within 24 hours, provided it is undamaged and includes all original packaging. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined above.
